Kalamazoo Speedway Amends 2025 Limited Late Model & Late Model Sportsman Tire Rule

Kalamazoo, MI - In an electronic newsletter sent out on Wednesday, Kalamazoo Speedway announced a rules amendment for the Late Model Sportsman and Limited Late Model classes. The bulletin also included pricing and tire rules for the other divisions at Kalamazoo Speedway.


Limited Late Models and Late Model Sportsman will now be permitted to use both the Hoosier F-70 and F-60 tire at Kalamazoo Speedway. However, the note says that the Hoosier F-60 tire may ONLY be used on the LEFT side of the race car. Kalamazoo Speedway has the F-60 and F-70 Speedway marked at $155/tire or $620/set.


Street Stocks remain on the Hoosier 800 sold for $150/tire and $600/set. Front Wheel Drives are on the Hoosier 790s at $140/tire and $560/set. Front Wheel Drives are also permitted to run DOT 200 treadwear or higher.


The 2025 Season at Kalamazoo Speedway begins with open practice on Saturday, April 12th with the first race of the season on Friday, April 18th. For more information on Kalamazoo Speedway, visit KalamazooSpeedway.com.
