Quincy, MI - Butler Motor Speedway, Michigan's only weekly Winged Sprint Car facility, released the 2025 schedule of events on Saturday which included some blockbuster events. The 3/8ths-mile high-banked oval will race from May through September with a predicted weekly line-up of Winged 410 Sprint Cars, DIRTcar UMP Modifieds, Street Stocks, and Four-Cylinders.
The season begins with a regular four-in-one program on Saturday, May 3rd, one week after an opening test & tune. Saturday, May 10th, the 410 Non-Wing Great Lakes Traditional Sprints race alongside the weekly 410 Winged Sprint Cars with Four-Cylinders offering support. The Butler Memorial Night is Saturday, May 17th with a 4-in-1 program. The Valvoline Iron-Man American Late Model Series makes their first stop to Butler on Saturday, May 24th with a special format for Street Stocks and Four-Cylinders. The top 14 qualifiers will be locked into the A-Main, while positions 15 on will run a Last Chance Qualifier. No heat races will be conducted. Finally, the High Limit Racing Sprint Cars return on Saturday, May 31st for the Mace Thomas Classic; Street Stocks will offer support.
Autograph Night kicks off the month of June on Saturday, June 7th with a regular 4-in-1 show. Then, The Michigan CAT Great Lakes Super Sprints Presented by Engine Pro & ARP join the Winged 410 Sprint Cars on Saturday, June 14th. Four-Cylinders get a special $500-to-win race on Saturday, June 21st with the other regular divisions in action as well. The bumper-to-Bumper IRA Sprint Cars make a long-awaited return to Butler on Saturday, June 28th with Modifieds and Four-Cylinders.
Saturday, July 5th is Mid-Season Championship Night for all regular divisions. Then, Thursday, July 10th the DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour brings in Late Models and Modifieds. Saturday, July 12th is Fireworks night and a special $1,776 to win for DIRTcar UMP Modifieds. Street Stocks get a special payout on Saturday, July 19th with $750 up for grabs. Vintage Cars headline the Legends of the Past night on Saturday, July 26th alongside the regular 4-in-1 program.
Kids are the star during Kid's Night on Saturday, August 2nd with a regular 4-in-1 program. Saturday, August 9th is another regular-priced ticket with a standard 4-in-1 show. On Saturday, August 16th the Great Lakes Super Sprints are back for the second and final time alongside the Winged 410 Sprint Cars, Street Stocks, and Four-Cylinders. The Chuck Wilson Memorial offers a special payday for the Winged 410 Sprints on Saturday, August 23rd with Modifieds, Street Stocks, and Four-Cylinders also on the card. Then, August wraps up with the second visit from the Valvoline Iron Man American Late Model Series on Saturday, August 30th.
A pair of Memorial Shows bring the regular season to a close with the Terry Wilber Memorial on Saturday, September 6th, and the John Reeve Memorial on Saturday, September 13th. Season Championship Night, which has no scheduled rain date, will be Saturday, September 20th.
Then, one of the biggest surprises on the 2025 calendar is the return of the USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car Series. The non-wing Sprint Cars will make their first visit to Butler in over 35 years.
